The duration of the weight loss phase varies based on individual factors such as metabolism and daily activity level. On average, clients can expect to lose approximately 10 pounds per month during this phase

Stabilization Phase:

The stabilization phase typically lasts between 2 to 8 weeks, depending on how much weight you have lost.

Maintenance Phase:

Unlike the previous phases, the maintenance phase does not have a set timeline. You are welcome to continue seeing your coach for as many months as you need after completing the diet.

Is the program suitable for people with medical conditions (e.g., diabetes, heart disease)?

Before beginning our program, it is mandatory to complete a comprehensive health profile. Certain medical conditions, such as a history of stroke or cancer, require approval from your physician before you can start the protocol. Additionally, we offer an alternative protocol for clients with specific medical needs, including those on GLP-1 medications or individuals under 17 years old.To determine whether your specific medical condition requires a doctor’s approval, please contact our office directly.

Will I need to adjust my medications while on the program?

No, you can continue taking your medications as prescribed by your physician. However, clients on cholesterol or GLP-1 medications may experience improvements in their condition after weight loss and should consult their doctors to adjust their medications as needed.

Is it safe for pregnant or breastfeeding women?

The Ideal Protein Protocol is not suitable for pregnant or breastfeeding women.

Are there options for people with dietary restrictions (e.g., gluten-free, vegetarian)?

Yes, there are gluten-free products available, and the protocol does offer alternatives to animal protein.Vegetarians can follow the Ideal Protein Weight Loss Protocol by incorporating eggs, fish, or tofu into their evening meal as a source of whole protein. Alternatively, vegetarians may have two Ideal Protein foods at dinner in place of their whole protein. It’s important to check the ingredient list on all products before purchasing them. However, please note that strict vegans, who avoid all animal proteins and by-products such as dairy, are not eligible to follow the Ideal Protein Weight Loss Protocol due to its dietary limitations.

How often will I meet with a coach?

Once a week during phase 1 and phase 2, and at least once a month during phase 3.

Are there resources available for ongoing education and support?

Yes, as an Ideal Protein client, you will have access to weekly educational videos and articles.

What are the costs involved in joining the program?

$250+ Tax membership fee (one timepayement)

Can I still enjoy my favorite foods after reaching my goal?

Yes, the goal of the Ideal Protein program is to help you create a healthy lifestyle, make informed decisions, and educate you on how to maintain your weight while still enjoying all the delicious foods you love.

Can I eat out at restaurants or while traveling?

Yes, your coach will help you understand which restaurant foods are Phase 1-friendly. Additionally, depending on the duration of your vacation, your coach may make adjustments to your diet.

Are the meals convenient for on-the-go lifestyles?

Yes, Ideal Protein offers a variety of products suitable for every lifestyle.

Will the program improve my blood sugar, cholesterol, or blood pressure levels?

Yes, weight loss can help lower cholesterol, increase insulin sensitivity, and reduce blood pressure. Many clients have reported improvements in these conditions after losing weight with Ideal Protein
